In CSEntry, when I use partial save and then try to go back to it later, it says: "you do not have permission to modify cases". How do I give permission?

In the tablet application, is it possible to populate value sets on the fly, that is, based on responses from earlier in the survey?

It created a file with no extension that seems to be the data file. I added the .dat extension and then tried to select it by choosing the export data option on my pc, but is says "file not found".
