Help Urgent... Publish and deploy

Hello friends
I have a problem with a survey, when I make a change to the survey and the PUBLISH AND DEPLOY, when the surveyor updates the survey on his cell phone, all his surveys carried out to date disappear, I thought it would happen once but every time I update the same thing happens .

Note: The PC dictionary is called IMPRESSA, but when you synchronize from your cell phone, a different name appears than the dictionary.

I don't understand why that happens.

Please help.

Please see this post on the forums. Make sure that you are not deploying data files in such a way that they will overwrite the user's data files. This will definitely happen if you are reinstalling. Only necessary lookup files should be deployed, and other data files can be synced in logic.
When you say a different name appears on the phone than on the PC, is this the same name/description that you specified during the deployment? A different label will be used on mobile, but you should be synchronizing with the same dictionary.
