Good day Expert
I am writting an app in which i want the following to be achieved.
please can anyone help with a sample application or guide.
thanks
My request is to design
1. Have a menu that will bring the 4 apps together
2. The AIS Survey will be used by the Supervisor to collect data on roster
and death history as well as Household characteristics before wrapping up.
3. The Supervisor will now share the data on Household roster to interviewers
LNO NAME SEX AGE MODULES ASSIGNED/INTERVIEWER
1 JOHN DOE MALE-1 40 ADULTS INTERVIEWER 1
2 GRACE DOE FEMALE-2 38 ADULTS INTERVIEWER 2
3 APIAH DOE MALE-1 17 ADULTS INTERVIEWER 1
4 SEGUN DOE MALE-1 12 ADOLESCENT INTERVIEWER 2
5 STEPHEN DOE MALE-1 14 ADOLESCENT INTERVIEWER 1
6 ESTHER DOE FEMALE-2 9 CHILD INTERVIEWER 2
7 PRAISE DOE FEMALE-2 1 CHILD INTERVIEWER 1
The individual can be assigned to any of the interviewers by the Supervisor as deem
All the above will be done in a Household as they arrive.
The Assigning to individual interviewers will be done once the Supervisor is done with roster and HH characteristics.
Thanks

Re: EXAMPLE APPLICATION
Hello,
If you're looking for example applications, a folder of CSPro example applications ships with the program installer. Examples\1 - Data Entry\CAPI Census includes a Menu with Supervisors. In this example "Household" contains all interviews, however you would need to split the basic roster and characteristics from this questionnaire into a new AIS Survey containing death history as well. Then you could only allow the Interviewer to open a new Household interview in a location if they could load a corresponding completed AIS Survey, synced from their Supervisor. The folder also contains examples on syncing data. For Assignments, the examples all assign one interviewer to an Enumeration Area (EA), not to a single person in a household. Your design seems to assign interviewers as a roster item in the AIS survey instead, which means it would only influence which individuals in the roster an interviewer can interview, rather than which households they can enumerate.
Hope that helps,
Justin

Re: EXAMPLE APPLICATION
Thanks much
I already explore and am trying to get some tutorial from Arshad khurshid as well
I hope am getting it right.
I already split the AIS Survey into 4 apps
1. HH records {Roster} (to be done Supervisor)
2. Adolescent (By interviewer)
3. Adults (By interviewer)
4. Children (By interviewer)
The Supervisor will assigned the roster members of the household to the interviewers and this can be share at descretion of the supervisor depending on numbers of household members
