No i have question. We are framing some statements and i would like to put my options like Agree, Disagree etc.. Vertically in 90 deg. How it can be done in CSPro. If possible please let me know. Waiting for your response. Thanks in In Advance.

Can you clarify your question. Are you wanting to embed all the responses on the form? If so, you can add each option as a separate text label, and then you can use the alignment tools to properly align and space them:

Alternatively, you can choose for your values to appear on a pop-up window when the cursor is on the field. Here is information on how to do that:

At present i am doing the same what you have suggested. Our client doesn't want pop ups he wants all options on screen and box to enter the value. attaching a image for your reference to understand the requirement.

I am trying to attach a JPG file here but i could not do it. Please let me know how can i attach a file.

Under the text entry box where you enter your responses, click on the "Upload attachment" tab and then you can upload your image.
