I am currently have people collecting data in the field. At some point I syncronized dictionary and later updated and syncronized it again. When I try to export the data files it is picking the outdated dictionary. What went wrong and what can I do?

Updating the dictionary during data collection is risky. You cannot make changes like modifying the length of a dictionary field in the middle of a dictionary. If you add a new field it must be at the end of a record.

With that said, the dictionary is uploaded initially when you synchronize. If you need to change it afterwards you'll need to manually delete it from Dropbox and upload the new one to "/CSPro/DataSync/your-dictionary-name/dict/your-dictionary-name.dcf."
