After syncronize all data. We can't download data in csweb. During downloading data showed this error: "Error connecting to sync server: Recv failure: Connection was reset".
Who can help us?

This error means that your server closed the connection. That could be due to a firewall setting that blocks the connection. It could be due to just a very slow connection or some other network problem. Make sure that you have the correct URL and port. If you are using SSL/TLS make sure the url starts with https:// and if you are not make sure it starts with http://.

but the problem is that the .pff file loads data from another computer that connected to this network (this computer only).
