we are syncronizing by using DropBox,the pff generated in "C:\Users\Dropbox\CSPro\DataSync\DownloadData-MAS2018_DICT.pff " is empty when you open it with notpad++. and it is not downloading data.
we tried to use Dataviewer to download ,but also it does not work. even if in this folder we have many enycripted files " C:\Users\Dropbox\CSPro\DataSync\MAS2018_DICT\data".
Can You help us to identify the issue? why this pff generated automaticall is empty?

Please look at the sync.log when downloading with DataViewer to see the error details. On Windows the sync.log is in %appdata% (C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\CSPro)
