Cleaning the username and psw

Hi folks,
I have an application that uses Samsung tablets.
The problem is that the tablets are used by several interviewers, they work by region: as soon as one region is finished, the tables go to another region (and another interviewers), and then they need to be "reinitialized", like:
1. cleaning the data file (this can be done by executing a menu program to delete it, no problem, but is there a nicer solution?)
2. cleaning the settings (this can be done also by executing a menu program, but, again, any better solution?)
3. cleaning the user name and password that is stored in the tablet? (no solution for that yet).
Best
