Implementing CSPro forms in a web browser (HTML)

Is it possible to design a data capture application using CSPro and be able to launch the forms in a web browser (HTML)? This would work well for self interviewing by simply sending a link in an email which would then launch the forms in a web browser.

Kindly let me know how this can be done if its possible.

This is not possible with CSPro.

Hi Aaron,
Websurvey is one of the best improvement that Csprousers request!
So we would like to know if we can expect to have this improvement, maybe next year?
Thanks a lot for your response,

Don't hold your breath. That would require a complete rewrite of CSPro from the ground up. It is not anywhere in our current plans. I would recommend you look at products that specialize in web surveys. There are many of them out there.

Hi Josh,
I hope this will be possible in the future. There's multiple way:
1.- The simplest is a plugin for web browser Chrome and edge(The best plugin would the Csentry for windows, old fashion);
2.- Some php wrappers in csweb able to transform .pen in html/css form (this must require a php Csentry runtime engine...it's not easy)...
Except for Cspro, severals Capi system such as:
a) Odk, Survey CTO;
b) ComCare;
c) Survey Solutions;
d) Blaise;
e) Epiinfo;
f) MMIC from Rand;
have Websurvey option..
But, as mentionned, only Cspro have a real powerful data collection and processing oriented programming language. So, in the same logic of build once, deploy many, we would like to have websurvey in the future!
Best regards,
