Changed the application path as /Csweb/files but still it shows the error msg as uploaded in image..

In sync options set the path to "/":
- syncoptions.PNG (8.4 KiB) Viewed 6604 times
In your web server put the pen and pff in www/csweb/files:
- Capture2.PNG (15.8 KiB) Viewed 6604 times

If you are not familiar with setting up a web server and Mysql please find someone who is to help you or just use Dropbox or FTP.
