I want to know about edit specifications. Is that just a algorithm explaining to check the variables?

Please share with me the real edit specification for educational purpose with me
(I want to learn write Edit specifications systematically and according to some standard)

I suggest that you look at the CSPro helps. If you look at the Contents tab, check out the Batch Editing Applications chapter. The are a couple subchapters that contain information on specifications, including the Correcting Errors and Steps in Developing a Batch Editing Program subchapters.
