stopping a case early

Hi,
I am setting up a database for a survey my team manages. If a participant says "no" to the second question, they have completed it. How to I program CSPro to know that "no" coded as 2, closes the case?
I have tried skips, but they wanted to skip ahead to another question and not complete the case.
I would be really grateful for any help!
