Synchronization problem

Dear all,
I had been using CsPro for about 3 years now and I am trying to move towards andriod. So, I did everything right by watching the tutorials but I had headache with the synchronization between Phone and Dropbox.
Well, I had everything right till adding new synchronization but after that when I link to Dropbox, it say CSEntry would like to access to the files and folders in your DropBox and when I click on allow, its never going inside.
Following screenshot is how it shows everytime when I follow synchronization process. Please help me!!!!!!

That screen is presented by the Dropbox app and not by CSPro. Normally once you click allow you should return to CSPro. It appears that for some reason it is not returning.

When you open the Dropbox app on your phone without going through CSPro can you see your files?

Have you tried rebooting the phone? If the Dropbox is stuck somehow this might reset it.

You can also try using "Dropsync", it´s a synchronization app tool that helps you synchronize files between folders in your mobile device and a dropbox account. There you can specify the origin folders and the destination folders.

With this one, you don´t need to use the Dropbox App, because you use this one (Dropsync) instead of.

You just have to donwload it from the Appstore and configure the way you want the synchronization process.

As I mentioned in the email. Please try upgrading to the latest version of the Dropbox Android app.

Dear all,
I posted here and I also send email to Census office. Fortuanately, Mr. Joshua helped me and I could synchronize it after his instruction to update my software.
Thank you so much all for valuable feedback and help in resolving the issues
