Post by lukman.manggo »

Hello All

Need your help please. I am new on CS Pro and always reffer and follow this forum on my learning.
Nice forum. Many thanks for it.

Now my question: on my learning, Please see example attached as I download from On http://teleyah.com/cspro/DCJune2015/. On its Dictionary there is record Crops produced yes/no with Occ : 7 have label Maze, Rice, Sorghum, Cassava, Sweet potato, Beans, Groundnuts. How to create labeling like that?

I had tried it, but its ended with only repetition of the record. Test Crop Produced Yes No (1) Test Crop Produced Yes No (2) so on.
Thank you in advance for your kind help.

These labels are called occurrence labels. If you look that up in the online help you can get more information.

To set the occurrence labels on repeating record or item, select the record/item in the dictionary editor and choose "Occurrence Labels" from the edit menu.
