Dropbox sync on Desktop

Dear Team,
I have been struggling with the desktop dropbox sync and i have followed all the instructions on this post yet still there is something amiss. I am using windows 7 with iE 11. However for ftp it works well but not for dropbox

Any clue to resolve this.

Have you tried going to dropbox.com on the machine where this fails? A lot of networks block access to that site so the first thing to do is to check that you can access it on that device.

Also make sure you are using a recent version of internet explorer. Older versions do not support the Dropbox sign in.

It works fine, when you use the beta version.
