Copying data from external file to current dictionary

Fellow CSpRo/CS entry users,
I'm using cspro 7.1 and 1 have an external file/look up file with 9
columns in Excel containing household membership with each household
having different numbers of household members.
I'm doing a panel survey and I would like to pre-fill the rows of a
Roster with this info (household member characteristics) in the
external file before allowing enumerators to add in new members who
joined the various households since last survey. I have allowed the
Roaster to have maximum of 30 rows. I have unique IDs for every
household (see attached).
Kindly guide me with a code that I can use...; I envisage that once a
numerator fills in the unique ID of the household e..g. 1420, then
when she/he reaches the Roaster, then the Roster is already prefilled
with names of household members and so they only enter new household
members and their details.
