This is a very general error message. There not a single solution we can point to. During testing you will need to identify where or why this is happening. For instance, this may only happen on a certain form or when a particular piece of logic is run. Once you are able to isolate the issue it will be much easier to identify what is wrong.

My problem is,
When I am recording the data, a message that Data Entry stopped working correctly due to a problem, Windonws will close the program and notify you if there is a solution

This a general error that could be caused any number of things but is most likely a bug in CSPro. If you are able to reproduce the error in your application please send us the application and detailed steps of how to reproduce it. If possible send us a data file with a partially saved case that takes us right to the field where the error occurs.
