Hi,
I used cspro to capture a field data for a research but unable to export it to excel or SPSS. The attached is a screenshot of the output message whenever I attempt exporting the raw data. I'll appreciate any help from this forum to resolve OR provide directions on how to solve it pls.
Many thanks
Ben

Re: Problems exporting
It is hard to know what the problem is without seeing your data file. If you don't mind sharing the file, send it and your dictionary to gregory.martin@census.gov and I can see if I can identify the problem.
You also might consider upgrading from CSPro 3.3 to the newest version, 5.0. It is possible, though unlikely, that your data is not being exported because of a bug in CSPro that existed in that older version.
Alternatively, you might try selecting the "Multiple Files" option to see if that solves your issue. In that case, you would end up with one CSV file for each of your records.

But I see on the screenshot sent you did not click on the icon coresponding to SPSS !?
from SPSS you can save as EXCEL, simple and better.
