I hope you are both are doing well.

I am facing a duplication case problem for a survey interview application on tablet. We are testing the application on 25 tablets. Out of the 25, there is a duplication error on 2 tablets. The application goes fine but all of sudden it shows duplicate case id and stops working. I did not make any changes in the dictionary and also there re is no duplication shown in data viewer.

I can share application on your official email address.
Please advise.

My guess is that this is a bug in your menu program when you assign the case ids to the case. You can send the program to cspro@lists.census.gov and we will take a look.

I have yet to receive anything by email. Maybe the attachment is causing a problem. Try posting it Dropbox or Google drive and then sending a link.
