Hi PP.
1.- You must use a menu and add the lookup file as a external dictionary to the menu (you must create this dictionary using Excel2Cspro tools);
2.- Use the deploy tools to deploy the lookup dictionary to Csweb;
3.- Using Excel2Cspro to create a csdb of the lookup file, using same dcf lookup file already loaded to Csweb. After, you can sync manually the Csdb file to Csweb. It's also possible to write logic in the menu to automatically sync lookup data.

Hope this help you,

You can add your lookup data in a resource folder. If you do this, it will get packed with your .pen file. See more here:

In addition to using the resource folder you can also add the lookup data file to the deployment package from the deploy application by either clicking on "Add file" and choosing the lookup data file or by dragging and dropping the lookup data file onto the files window. Note that if you use "Add folder" or drag and drop an entire folder any data files are ignored so you have to use "Add file" or drop the individual file.
