Can we have a XML format without doing any further steps?? Is there any process that we can use to get it in XML format??, Cause converting it into different format is long process. So, is there any other way that we can do for getting the data directly in XML format???

You should check your syntax and next thing if you will change the lenght in the middle of your work then you will ruin all the data. So, in order to check it you should reform than only change the length. Before taking any major changes you need to have a back up as well.

How long the file can be saved on dropbox through android sync and how many enumerator can be added?? Dropbox will be reliable for long term survey or not??
