Problem exporting data into .csv
Hi, I have tried exporting my data into a single file, comma delimited (.csv) in order to open it in excel but the file the "Data exporter" tool creates doesn't seem to be a .csv file I don't know why. It looks more like a plain text file so I can't open it with excel. Do you have any idea...

Transferring data from tablet to computer
Hi, I would like the interviewers to regularly transfer the data collected, from the tablets to a computer via a USB cable. I want to do this to safely hold the data on a computer and to avoid that the tablet contains dozens/hundreds of (sensitive) questionnaire data which might risk getting lost/ha...

Partial save and starting a new case in the meantime
Hi,
If I partially save a case (because the participant needs to take a break for example), can I in the meantime start a new case with another participant, and go back to the partially saved case later on?
Many thanks,
Claudia

Re: How create unique ID numbers?
Hi, thanks for your advice. I'll probably go for the simpler option of creating a unique ID number myself with three variables: 1) Interviewer ID (two digits) 2) Hospital site (1 digit) 3) Participant ID (3 digits) This way I'll end up with an ID number of 6 digits eg. interviewer ID: 01 hospital si...

How create unique ID numbers?
Hi, what do you recommend as the best method to create ID numbers for each participant? I am doing a survey in different sites and with various tablets. Most questionnaires will be administered on tablets, but some will have to be done on paper (where the interviewers will have to write the ID numbe...
