What's the Skip statement on " If "No" to 5.1 and 5.2 go to 5.4 is?

lets say Q5.1 = Yes=1/No=2 and Q5.2 = Yes=1/No=2.

Skip rule is If "No" to 5.1 and 5.2 go to 5.4
