This is important because I need to know whats stopping me from downloading the files from dropbox. Is there a special software I need?

I am starting to get worried because all of the threads I've went through I don't think anyone has had a solution to this particular problem. I hope something can be done or it'll be very embarrassing for me in about a week when the client is asking for an update.
