Cleaning the file in the server

Is there a way to clean the csdb file in the server using the syncdata? I know I can access the server by hand, delete the dictionary and then add the dictionary again, thus cleaning the data that was there, but I would like to that by a cspro program command. My scenario is the following: I have a ...

Re: Converting excel files

Apparently it does not have anything to do with the file coming from Excel, because I´ve tested generating the field directly.
I´ve tested also with a previous csweb7.4 version that I had, and it was working.
I do not know why, but is there a new size limit for numeric variables in the csweb7.5?

Converting excel files

The reason I´ve chosen the synchronization topic to post this issue is that I´m not sure if the problem is in the conversion of the excel file or when downloading the csdb from the server. I have an excel file which I convert to a csdb file. And this is working fine, the csdb is OK. I synchronize th...

Re: do not show the characters in the fields when key entering

Sorry, plz disregard my previous note.
I´m sending these notes without really checking what the programmers are doing. My fault.

Re: do not show the characters in the fields when key entering

Sorry to insist on the subject. I´ve used the prompt in an onfocus of the field I was using for the password, with a noinput instruction after, and it worked fine, but... It values the field, but still waits for an input. As in PROC MM20_CPF_MENTIRA onfocus $ = notappl; //teste de cpf por prompt, ma...

do not show the characters in the fields when key entering

Is there a way to show * instead of the real characters being entered?
Like in the password fields?

cannot update application

When trying to update an application the system issues the attached message, saying that there was an error downloading the application. The application exists in the server, and the network connection seems to be fine. Instead of trying to update I try to install a new application I got the same er...

Re: excel to csdb could not create a new data file

Sorry, I´m already using execpff.
You guessed right, the problem is that the file I´m trying to generate is associated with a dictionary in the same program.
I´ve tried to close this dictionary before doing the execpff, then it seems to be working fine.

excel to csdb could not create a new data file

I have a xl2cs file that converts an excel to a csdb. It works fine if I double click it and use the "Create button". It also works fine if I double click in the pff that calls it. It was working fine also when calling the pff from a batch program using the execsystem function. But then th...
